Luksons of London is a natural handmade soap and apothecary brand based in North London. We sell exclusively online at luksons.co.uk. If you have any questions about how we handle your personal information, you can contact us at luksonsoflondon@gmail.com.

When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address and payment information. Payment details are processed securely by our payment provider and are never stored by us directly.

If you sign up to our mailing list, we collect your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you.

When you visit our website, standard technical information is collected automatically, including your IP address and browser type. This is handled by Squarespace, who host our website, and is used only for the purposes of running and improving the site.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and fulfil your orders, to contact you about your order if needed, and to send you occasional news and offers if you have signed up to our mailing list.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not share it with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your order, such as passing your delivery address to our courier.

Your rights
