Your right to cancel

As an online customer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason. This is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014.

To cancel your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it at luksonsoflondon@gmail.com. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed.

Condition of returned goods

We can only accept returns on items that are unopened and unused. Goods returned in an unsaleable condition may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount.

Postage

If you are cancelling your entire order, we will refund the standard outbound delivery cost. We do not refund upgraded or express delivery charges beyond the standard rate. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Processing your refund

Once we receive your returned items we will process your refund within 3 to 5 working days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.
