Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders where a pricing error has occurred. We will always notify you if this affects your order.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline orders at our discretion, and to restrict delivery to certain addresses.

Delivery

We will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order within the timeframe indicated. We are not responsible for delays caused by third party couriers or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed we will do our best to let you know.

Our products

All sizes and weights are approximate. Product appearance may vary slightly from photographs, particularly for handmade items where natural variation is part of the process.

All text, photography and content on this website belongs to Luksons of London. Nothing may be copied, reproduced or republished without our prior written consent.

Our liability

We make every reasonable effort to ensure this website is accurate and up to date. However we cannot guarantee that it is entirely free from errors at all times. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website beyond what is required by UK law.
